Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes overseas. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once they have been dispatched.

New Zealand: please allow 1-3 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation by email

International destinations: please allow 3-10 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation by email. Some countries do take a little longer for postal delivery, but this is out of our control.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Pique has every confidence in the luxury of our scarves from the quality of the wool, the exquisite Jacquard weave to the hand finished hems . We would like you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. However if for some reason you are not happy , we offer a money back guarantee.
If you wish to return a scarf please contact me by email within three days of receiving the scarf and I will let you know where to return the scarf to within New Zealand.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, but a full refund of the purchase price of the scarf will be given once we have received the scarf . It should arrive within 30 days of your original purchase via a tracked delivery service. We are not able to repay the postage fee or liable for loss in return postage .

Returns must be unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.


All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and local orders are inclusive of GST.
